• Q: Are those parts compatible with original models?

    A:Yes, All of the robotic parts and accessories we produced completely fit for the original models. When we develop a new product, we buy the original models to copy and test in original models before shipment.

  • Q: How many brands do you offer ?

    A:We currently offer some hot-selling replacement parts and accessories for iRobot,Neato,Samsung,Shark,Dyson, Vorwerk and more than 60 brands. And we will develop more and more new products year by year and offer more excellent products and services to worldwide customers.

  • Q: How fast can you ship ?

    A: If we have the items in stock, we can ship out within 2 days

    If we do not have the items in stock, we need 7-10days to ship out.

  • Q: How long is your warranty?

    A: We have 1 year warranty on all the parts and accessories from the date of shipment. If any items found defective at your side, we offer free replacement and the shipping cost will be paid at our side. But a picture or video ( if necessary)  is required to show the defective items.

  • Q: Can you ship my order by sea ?

    A: Sure, We can ship any orders by sea from Shenzhen or Hongkong. The estimated shipping time from China to Europe and North America is 25-30days. If you do not have a shipping agent, we also can recommend our shipping agent at your country to you. The shipping cost you can pay directly to the shipping agent at your country when the goods arrived at the destination seaport. We also welcome the customer to use their own shipping agent to pick up the goods at our factory warehouse.

  • Q: What payment terms do you accept ?

    A: We accept L/C, T/T, Paypal and West Union.

  • Q: What certificates do you have ?

    A: We are ISO9001:2008 approved factory and We have CE and RoHs approved for all the replacement parts and accessories.

  • Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM Service ?

    A: Yes, we offer OEM/ODM Service, and the service is completely free. And we also offer artwork design service if you do not have an artwork for your gift box and blister card. All of these are FREE.
